Created by the brilliant mind of Chef Brian Mattingly—a 3 Michelin-starred chef with experience at Le Gavroche and Apple Cupertino—this program brought the artistry of Michelin-star dining to the corporate world.

Here, I worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and those trained under them, challenged daily to design entirely new menus across diverse cuisines and dietary restrictions without ever repeating a dish. Using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients whenever possible, I crafted dishes that combined creativity, precision, and world-class technique.
