Co-hosted and curated multiple immersive Dinner in the Dark pop-up events, where guests dined blindfolded to heighten their senses. Partnering with RTW Pop-Up owner Leandra Kentish and sommelier Alex, we presented a thoughtfully crafted 4-course blindfolded dinner paired with expertly selected wines.

Collaborated on menu development, wine pairings, event planning, and logistics for two seatings of approximately 25 guests each.

Designed a unique dining journey emphasizing sensory exploration, trust-building, and meaningful guest connections.

Highlight: Delivered a multi-course sensory adventure that challenged guests’ perceptions and deepened their appreciation of food, wine, and community.
